Privacy notice

This notice explains how Emlak Ofisi handles the personal data you share through the forms on this website, in line with Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data controller: Emlak Ofisi, Örnek Mah. Emlak Cad. No: 1, Merkez / İstanbul.

Data we process: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), your message and any details you share about your property.

Why we process it: to reply to your request, to offer you suitable properties and to take the steps needed to set up a real-estate service agreement.

Legal basis: your explicit consent and the data being directly related to setting up a contract (KVKK Art. 5).

Sharing: your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

Retention: we keep your data for the period required by law after your request is completed, then delete or anonymise it.
